The Role:
Assist the Manager of Sales Quality and Efficiency to monitor and measure the success of Sales Division activities, in terms of voice and data sales performance, budgets, financial control, SLA monitoring, process adherence, and other KPIs. Initiate discussions
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
•Develop intelligent analysis and insights on product acquisitions across all channels.
•Identify and monitor efficiency parameters for each channel for all products and identify areas for improvement.
•Conduct analysis from inventory level to understand what pipeline stock is required and how much must be maintained to meet monthly demand.
•Develop leading indicators and lagging indicators for all products across all channels.
•Posses an excellent understanding on the prepaid and post-paid acquisition.
•Monitor sales capillary for all products and provide recommendation for new ideas for scaling up the sales.
Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree in business or statistic and proficiency in analytical tools.
•3-5 years experience in a similar role.
